1. Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Jasper Roam. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
2. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued in the form of cash on delivery (COD) upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund depending on the condition of the item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
